1. What products can be engraved?

We offer custom engraving on a variety of products, including knives, jewelry, metal business cards, cutting boards, and more. If you have a specific item in mind, feel free to contact us to confirm availability.

4. What can I engrave?

You can engrave:

 

  • Names or initials

  • Special dates

  • Short quotes or messages

  • Logos

  • Symbols or simple artwork

  • Coordinates or Roman numerals

 

If you’re unsure whether your design will work, we’re happy to review it before production.

2. What type of engraver do we use?

5. Can I see the proof before engraving?

We have not set up a way to see your design on the product yet, but this is something we are working on and will be up on our site very soon.

3. Is the engraving permanent?

Yes. Our laser engraving process creates long-lasting markings that are resistant to fading and everyday wear.

6. Is there a character limit?

Character limits depend on the product size and engraving area. Smaller items (like rings or bracelets) may require shorter text, while larger surfaces allow more detail.

7. How long does it take to process my order?

Processing times vary, but most custom orders are completed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

10. Do we accept returns on custom items?

Due to the personalized nature of engraved products, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

8. Can I rush my order?

Rush options may be available depending on order volume. Please contact us before ordering if you need your item by a specific date. Additional fees may apply.

11. What if there is a mistake on my engraving?

If we made an error, we will gladly correct it. Please double-check spelling and details before submitting your order.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each item is custom-made, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once engraving begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

12. How do I care for my engraved item?

  • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners

  • Clean with a soft cloth

  • Store in a dry place when not in use

 

Proper care will help preserve both the finish and the engraved detail.

13. Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?

Yes! We offer discounted pricing for bulk orders and corporate gifts. Contact us for custom quotes and logo engraving options.
