• Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled if production has already begun.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in "Shop" and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment must be completed at the time of order. 

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

• We offer replacements only for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, replacements cannot be issued.

• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
