Refund Policy

All sales are final 24 Hours after order is placed. We will not start production on the product until after the 24 hour period to allow for any last minute changes or requests, but in order to promptly fill orders, production will begin at the end of that 24 hour period. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase. We will not offer refunds once an order has passed the 24 hour period.

 

If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you. We are committed to ensuring your order arrives correctly and in good condition.

 

“Please note that replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue replacements after this timeframe.” Once past the 48 hour mark, you will have to purchase your product again if you choose to do so
